Cancellations and No Shows
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: Our appointments are very important to The Salon at Lake Nona Staff. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice by phone for cancellations.
Cancellation Policy
*No show with No Call = 100% charge of services scheduled
Withhin, 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance by email & text message depending on what information you have translated to the front desk. It’s important to leave both forms of contact with the front desk or booking online to ensure we have a way to get in touch with you because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee may apply.
As stated above you will receive a 4 day & 24hr notice prior to your service by text or email, but please understand that software updates, power outages, and system errors can occur during these notices, and so it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.

RUNNING LATE
If you are running 5 minutes or more late to your appointment, please call ahead. If you arrived beyond 15mins late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely depending on the services booked following your appointments. Please plan accordingly and Be On Time!
REDOS + ADJUSTMENTS
We offer a 100% guarantee on all hair services within 7 days after they were performed. If you are not happy with your results, please contact us at (407)854-0600. Our team will be happy to make small tweaks “redo’s” within 7 days or less of your hair appointment. This courtesy is not to be confused with changing your mind for a free service. We are happy to accommodate redo’s; if it is in reason, and we will do all that we can to fix any error in quality.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds of any kind on services, products, or goods. We strive to deliver excellent services, products and goods. If you are not happy with your service please read our policy for REDOS + ADJUSTMENTS.
CLIENT BEHAVIOR
We try our very best to please all of our clients. If you have a comment, concern, or complaint; we want to know. Please show respect to your service provider by using calm, dignified speech. Foul language and insults are unacceptable and will get you banned from The Salon at Lake Nona.
Payment Types
Please note that we are a Debit or Credit Card Salon. No cash is accepted; unless there are tips given to the stylist. Thanks for your patience in this matter.
